M.M. Warburg holds 3.01% on GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft


By letter of 27 October 2008 M.M. Warburg-LuxInvest S.A., Luxemburg, 
Luxemburg, has informed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share
of voting rights of GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft, Gildemeisterstraße 60,
33689 Bielefeld, Germany, has exceeded the threshold of 3% as at 27 October
2008 and amounts to 3.01% (1,303,959 shares). All voting rights are
attributed to M.M. Warburg-LuxInvest S.A. according to § 22 para 1 sentence
1 no. 6 WpHG.
