Peab builds an office building at Dockan. Peab has been commissioned to build a new office building at Dockan in Malmö. Wihlborgs is the client and the contract amounts to SEK 190 million. The size of the office building will be 11.000 square metres and it is estimated to be ready for use during the summer 2010 when about 8.000 square metres will be hired by Region Skåne. Dockan is a new district at West Harbour Docklands in Malmö and it was here the Kockum Wharf built ships in the old days. The area is very attractive for living and working.
