Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Notification of voting rights pursuant to § 26 para. 1 of the Securities
Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - 'WpHG')

BlackRock Investment Management Ltd., London, Great Britain, gave notice
that the notification of voting rights pursuant to § 21 para. 1 of the WpHG
of BlackRock Holdco 1, LCC, New York, USA, from September 22nd, 2008,
published September 23rd, 2008, comprising that on September 12th, 2008 the
percentage of holding of the voting rights in Petrotec AG fell below the
threshold of 3 % and on that day was 1.66 % (174,736 voting shares) and
that this voting rights were attributed to BlackRock Holdco 1, LLC pursuant
to Section 22 para. 1 Sentence 1 No 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG
was incorrect and is retracted as BlackRock Holdco 1, LLC was dissolved on
March 28th, 2008.
