Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On November 05, 2008 , Dr. Dr. Axel Diekmann, Germany has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights
on InTiCa Systems Aktiengesellschaft, Passau, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005874846, WKN: 587484, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on October 28, 2008 and now amount to 3.01% (this corresponds to 128.873
Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG, 3.01% of the
voting rights (this corresponds to 128.873 voting rights) is to be
attributed to Dr. Dr. Axel Diekmann.

The voiting rights are to be attributed to Dr. Dr. Axel Diekmann. Those
