On November 17, 2008, Capital Research and Management Company, Los Angeles,
USA, has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Praktiker Bau- und Heimwerkermärkte Holding AG,
Kirkel, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0F6MD5, WKN: A0F6MD, have fallen below the 3%
limit of the Voting Rights on November 13, 2008, and on that day amount to
2.93% (this corresponds to 1,698,672 Voting Rights).
According to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.93% of the Voting
Rights (this corresponds to 1,698,672 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to
Capital Research and Management Company.
