Nordea Bank Danmark A/S, shall hereby on behalf of the issuer, The
Government of the Faroe Islands, inform that the issue price of the notes has
been fixed and the notes will be issued with a price at 100.08 on issue date 24
November 2008. 
 
The yield of the notes will be 5.17 per cent.
