The GeoSentric management team comprises: Dan Harple, Executive Chairman is responsible for leadership, strategic and operational growth of the Company. Prior to founding GeoSolutions, Mr. Harple was Founder, Chairman and CEO of Context Media, Inc., an enterprise software firm he founded in 1999. Context Media was acquired by Oracle Corporation in 2005, forming the basis for Oracle's Enterprise Content Integration platform. Previously, in 1997, Mr. Harple's efforts centered on media research in a new company, Context Labs, which he co-founded with Artist and Producer Todd Rundgren. Prior to this, he pioneered key Internet media and collaboration technologies as a Senior Vice President at Netscape Communications and as Co-Founder & CEO of InSoft, which merged with Netscape in 1996. This merger introduced several "firsts" to the Internet, including the first streaming media system; Netscape Media Server; the first Internet telephony technology - Netscape Conference; and the first media developers' platform - Netscape LiveMedia. Mr. Harple and his team also spearheaded the development of Netscape LiveAudio and LiveVideo technology and the creation of several major Internet standards, including the Real-Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP). These technologies provide the foundation for the way multimedia and real-time interactive communications are utilized on the Internet and opened the door for the convergence of the Internet and traditional telephony services. Tomi Raita, Senior Vice President & Managing Director, EMEA is responsible for building GyPSii's business throughout EMEA and the global operations of the TWIG brand and product line. Tomi holds an MBA degree from Turku School of Economics and Business administration and has more than 20 years senior management experience in the telecommunications industry. He joined the company in April 2004 from Schroff Scandinavia AB where he was Managing Director from 2002 to 2004 and responsible for global accounts like Nokia and Ericsson. Since he began his career in 1986, Tomi has also held several positions at Teleste Oy (broadband CCTV and surveillance systems) and Tunturipyörä (fitness equipment). Michael Po, Senior Vice President, Engineering is responsible for leading the overall development and engineering organizations at GyPSii, the delivery of products, and the global GyPSii Plex Data Centers. Michael recently was EVP of Operations and CTO at Kadient. Prior, he was CTO/EVP Engineering at Centive, EVP of Products and Services at eCal Corporation, CTO/EVP at Worldstreet Corp. (M&A to Thompson Financial), Director of Client Products at Netscape, VP of Product Development at InSoft. Mike has extensive experience in building world class teams and in bringing innovative game-changing products to market in both enterprise and consumer segments, along with deep experience in large networked data centers. Rich Pizzarro, Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer is responsible for the technical leadership and direction for the GyPSii technology platform. In 1991, Rich co-founded InSoft with Dan Harple, and was a core member of the management team that built InSoft to a worldwide operation that merged in 1996 with Netscape Communications Corporation. Rich was a core architect for Netscape Communications/America Online in the development of the next generation Internet client using the Open Source method of software engineering, known as mozilla.org. In 2000, Rich joined Med-Media, Inc. as Chairman, President and CEO. Med-Media is a leader in data collection and warehousing software products for the public safety industry focusing on solutions for first responders. Rich has a background in developing innovative products that develop into mass market successes. Bill Conners, Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development is responsible for the worldwide sales and business development strategy and operations. Bill was previously the senior vice president of business development for Entrust after its acquisition of Business Signatures. At Business Signatures, Bill was responsible for all key business relationships, including the partnership with Entrust, which acquired Business Signatures in July 2006 for $55 million. Prior to Entrust Bill was a Senior Vice President of business development at SMARTS, which was acquired by EMC for $330 million in late 2004. While at SMARTS, he was responsible for the indirect business for the company and managed key strategic relationships with EMC, Cisco, Unisys and others. Before joining SMARTS, Mr. Conners was senior vice president of worldwide sales at AHAA. He grew sales from $55,000,000 to $100,000,000 in two years. Prior to joining AHAA, Bill was the COO of eCal Corporation that signed over 200 partnerships and filed its S1 in February of 2000. Mr. Conners also held key senior sales management positions with Netscape Communications where he was responsible for the OEM and Telecommunications business. As a Vice President at Netscape, Bill signed over $93,000,000 in a 3-year period. Bill joined Netscape after it merged with InSoft in 1996. Bill was responsible for sales and business development at InSoft from its start up phase until acquisition. Mr. Conners co-founded QStar and also held a Senior Management position at Sony Corporation prior to joining InSoft. Bruce Hathaway, Senior Vice President, Finance, Controller and Corporate Secretary is responsible for Financial, Legal, Investment, Shareholder Communications, and Operations. Bruce has a success-oriented track record with an emphasis on revenue growth, cost containment, and profitability, with a proven ability to develop policies, procedures, and systems which ensure accountability and foster increased margins. He has substantial experience in interfacing with shareholders, investors, investment bankers, Board of Directors, and Executive Management teams. Prior to his current role, Bruce was CFO, Vice President, Finance & Administration, and Corporate Secretary of Context Media, Inc., an Enterprise Content Integration company, which was acquired by Oracle in 2005. Previously, he was Controller, Alliance Services for AOL/Netscape Communications/Sun Microsystems Alliance. Prior, he was Director, Finance & Operations, World Wide Professional Services and Training at Netscape Communications, which saw revenue grow from $3M to $100M in three years, and margin growth from 2% to 35%. Before that he had positions in other software companies, including Manager, Sales Operations at InSoft, Inc. Robin Halliday, Chief Financial Officer is responsible for corporate finance, corporate development, financial planning and oversight, for GeoSentric. Robin is an experienced finance professional with an established and successful track record as CFO/Finance Director of both public and private technology growth companies. Most recently Robin has been working on a number of interim assignments including managing the pan European finance function of a $1bn+ quoted US services business and managing the finance team and M & A/ fund raising activities for an ex BT spin out in the telecoms software/services sector. Prior to that Robin has managed and led two successful IPOs, one on AIM, the other a full LSE listing and has successfully completed numerous private equity fund raisings and M & A transactions. A Chartered Accountant, Price Waterhouse trained, he has in depth operational experience of managing the finance and back office support teams of high growth technology businesses. Thor Johnson, Senior Vice President, Media Markets, is responsible for developing GyPSii's global advertising business, customer and partner management and member adoption for GyPSii. Mr. Johnson was President of Agency.com's New York and Boston business units between 1998 and 2001. Under his leadership at Agency.com, the Boston office grew five times in revenue in less than two years, and the New York unit returned to profitable growth. Prior to Agency.com, Thor was the CFO at Juno Online Services in New York, managing finance and operations during Juno's growth from zero to over 6 million subscribers. Prior to joining GyPSii, as SVP Marketing, Thor led Toronto-based Eloqua Corporation, the pioneer in business-to-business online marketing automation software, to ten times revenue growth in three and a half years. Thor has spoken often on automated lead generation and online marketing Shane Lennon, Senior Vice President, Marketing, is responsible for marketing and product management. Shane brings to GyPSii a diverse entrepreneurial, strategy, marketing and business development background in helping to build technology companies in emerging markets. Prior to this, Shane was Chief Marketing Officer (and interim CTO) at Ibis Consulting, a hosted electronic discovery-processing provider, which was acquired by Pitney Bowes Management Services where he assumed the role of Vice President of Strategy & Marketing in Legal Markets. Before that he was Vice President of Strategy & Marketing at Context Media, an Enterprise Content Integration platform, later acquired by Oracle. Jack Early, Senior Vice President, Global Matrix Operations, is responsible for leading efforts in building and growing of the operations in regional markets and supporting the needs of the US, Asia-Pacific & European teams. As an entrepreneur Jack was a Co-Founder of Early Cloud & Co. ECC was a pioneer in the Direct Marketing industry and Jack is considered an expert in the areas of multi channel sales & marketing and the technologies that support Customer Relationship Management. The enterprise market was the target served with installations across the globe including Sears, Citibank, Bank of America, Lend Lease (Australia) Bank of Scotland, Allstate, Pac Bell and First Chicago National Bank among a host of others. The primary verticals were Financial Services, Telecom, Retail, and Application Service Providers. Early Cloud and Co was sold to IBM in 1995. Jeff Lin, Managing Director, Asia Pacific is responsible for building the GeoSentric business in the Asia Pacific Region. Mr. Lin is a seasoned executive with more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunication, navigation, digital content and LBS space. Prior to joining GeoSentric, he was the General Manager of NAV2, the NAVTEQ Joint Venture in China, where Mr. Lin was responsible for building the business from the ground up and led NAVTEQ's entry into China. Nokia subsequently acquired NAVTEQ for $8.1B USD in 2007. Prior to joining NAVTEQ, Mr. Lin has also held number of senior management positions at Tellabs Inc., a global telecommunication equipment manufacturer and was part of the founding team at Dantis Inc., a next generation hosting service provider that raised over $100M USD from tier one venture investors. Sam Critchley, Vice President, Products is responsible for efforts to bring products to market, new development and roadmap as well as being GyPSii™ technology evangelist. Sam is an original co-founder of GeoSolutions and created A2B, a mobile search and navigation application that was acquired by GeoSolutions. Prior to that he was TAC Manager and founding member of UUNet Europe covering data, voice, ATM, frame relay and other backbone issues. As VP of Products, Sam generates and marshals product vision for GyPSii and functions as the Voice of the Market and helps transform vision into real products along with GyPSii designers, developers and engineers. Adrian Anderson, Vice President, Strategic Partnerships is responsible for developing GyPSii's business with device, network and OEM/ODM partners through cooperation on product development, marketing, sales and promotions. Adrian has over 15 years senior, commercial management experience within the Wireless Telecommunication industry, 12 of which have been spent in software and mobile handsets in EMEA, Asia & the Americas regions.
