Alberto Del Din and Alessandro Stoppa will be based in Paul Hastings' Milan office, and will devote part of their time to the development of the Firm's London practice. Lorenza Talpo will be based in Paul Hastings' London office. Mr. Del Din and his team specialize in banking and finance, with particular emphasis on restructurings, structured finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance and project finance.

Alberto Del Din
Mr. Del Din is currently a partner with Bonelli Erede Pappalardo where he splits his time between the Milan and London offices and leads a cross-office team of finance lawyers. During his career spanning more than two decades, Mr. Del Din has represented a variety of top-tier investment banks, funds and other institutional investors as well as major corporations. He is renowned for his structured finance and securitization work. Additionally, Mr. Del Din plans to recruit a number of associates to work in the Milan and London offices.
Mr. Del Din is known for his strong technical skills and ability to innovate. Mr. Del Din was recognized in both Chambers Global 2008 and Chambers Europe 2008 as one of the highest ranking lawyers in Italy across banking and finance, capital markets -- securitization, and real estate -- finance.
Lorenza Talpo
Ms. Talpo focuses her practice on securitizations, distressed portfolios, structured finance, and acquisition finance transactions. Ms. Talpo is currently a partner in the London office of Bonelli Erede Pappalardo, which she contributed to setting up and developing. Before joining Bonelli Erede Pappalardo, Ms. Talpo was a senior associate in the Milan and London offices of Clifford Chance. She is recognized for her "incredible commitment" in a recent edition of Chambers Europe.
Alessandro Stoppa
Mr. Stoppa focuses his practice on project finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance, restructurings and private equity transactions. He is currently at Babcock & Brown, a global investor and asset manager. Prior to Babcock & Brown, Mr. Stoppa was a senior associate at Bonelli Erede Pappalardo in its Milan and London offices. He also served as counsel at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
