DIGIA'S FINANCIAL REPORTS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2009

Digia Plc will disclose its financial statements for year 2008 on Tuesday, 3
February 2009 at 5:00 p.m.

The company will disclose its interim reports for 2009 as follows:
- Q1 Interim Report: Tuesday 28 April 2009 at 5:00 pm
- Q2 Interim Report: Thursday 6 August 2009 at 5:00 pm
- Q3 Interim Report: Wednesday 28 October 2009 at 5:00 pm

Digia plans to publish the annual report for year 2008 at week 9, 2009. 

Digia Plc will hold its Annual General Meeting for 2009 on Tuesday, 10
March 2009, in Helsinki starting at 10:00 a.m.
