Villingen-Schwenningen, 31 December 2008: NEXUS AG, Villingen-Schwenningen,
listed in Prime Standard, publishes a scheduled change at Executive Board.
By 31 December 2008 Stefan Burkart resigns from Executive Board.
Supervisory Board appointed Ralf Heilig to Chief Sales Officer and extends
Executive Board by Research & Development which will be responded by Edgar
Kuner. Both are members of the NEXUS group management.

After more than 7 years and by expiry of the contract Stefan Burkart leaves
the Executive Board of NEXUS AG. In 2001 he changed from Supervisory Board
and resigns by the end of 2008 as planned.

Ralf Heilig, fulfilling several management functions at NEXUS since 2001,
follows Stefan Burkart and takes responsibility for sales department across
NEXUS group by 01 January 2009.

Furthermore NEXUS AG extends Executive Board by Research & Development.
Supervisory Board appoints Edgar Kuner to Chief Information Officer also by
01 January 2009. Edgar Kuner is responsible for Software development since
1989 at NEXUS group.

NEXUS AG develops and sells modular software solutions for the healthcare
market. NEXUS / CIS accounts integrative solutions for hospitals and
psychatries. Solutions of NEXUS / DIS are covering special ward solutions
which are market leading in their sector. Introduction of NEXUS software
makes it possible to support medical processes digitally and consequently
improve patient treatment and reduce treatment costs.
More than 350 staff members in the NEXUS Group develop software and IT
solutions, with which approximately 73,000 users in 17 countries work.
