NASDAQ OMX Stockholm has in consultation with Finansinspektionen decided that the trading in Vostok Gas Ltd. SDB shall be resumed. The trading will start today at 13.00 with a call auction.
Vostok Gas has today released supplementary information about the terms for trading in its depository receipts. NASDAQ OMX Stockholm urges all market participants to review this information and thereby to make notice that the depository receipts are traded after share split and mandatory share redemption as of today. In practice this means that the depository receipts are traded without the right to receive a redemption depository receipt, i.e. without the right to participate in the distribution of the portfolio holdings of the company.
