Fabasoft AG (ISIN AT0000785407, WKN 922985, Prime Standard) announces
preliminary Group figures for the first nine months of the fiscal year
2008/2009 (1/4/2008-31/12/2008):

- Sales revenues EUR 14.8 million (EUR 16.5 million in the first nine
months of the fiscal year 2007/2008)
- EBITDA EUR -0.5 million (EUR 1.5 million in the first nine months of the
fiscal year 2007/2008)
- EBIT EUR -2.0 million (EUR -0.05 million in the first nine months of the
fiscal year 2007/2008)
- Cash flow from operating activities EUR -1.2 million (EUR -1.2 million in
the first nine months of the fiscal year 2007/2008)
- Cash and cash equivalents: EUR 15.2 million as of 31/12/2008 (EUR 18.1
million as of 31/12/2007)

Sales revenues amounted to EUR 5.2 million during the third quarter
(1/10/2008-31/12/2008) of the fiscal year 2008/2009 (EUR 6.6 million in the
same period of the previous year). The EBIT of the third quarter amounted
to EUR -0.6 million (EUR 1.0 million in the same period of the previous
year).
