Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Fidelity Management & Research Company, Boston, USA has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On 03 February 2009 Fidelity Management & Research Company crossed above
the threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in Kontron AG. On that date,
Fidelity Management & Research Company held 4,63 % of the voting rights in
Kontron AG arising from 2,351,363 voting rights.
All voting rights in Kontron AG were attributed to Fidelity Management &
Research Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
FMR LLC, Boston, USA has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the
following:
On 03 February 2009 FMR LLC crossed above the threshold of 3 % of the
voting rights in Kontron AG. On that date, FMR LLC held 4,78 % of the
voting rights in Kontron AG arising from 2,426,563 voting rights.
All voting rights in Kontron AG were attributed to FMR LLC pursuant to
section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
