Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On February 23, 2009 , Possehl-Stiftung, Lübeck, Deutschland has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on elexis AG, Wenden, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005085005, WKN:
508500, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on February 20,
2009  and now amount to 6.21% (this corresponds to 571663 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 6.21% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 571663 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from L. Possehl & Co. mbH, Lübeck, Deutschland.
