Mirko Czybik joins IFM from Tishman Speyer

Frankfurt am Main, February 20, 2009: IFM Immobilien AG, an investor and
project developer in commercial real estate with an emphasis on office and
retail properties, is strengthening its leasing team with the addition of
Mirko Czybik, 36. This represents a further upgrade of the company's
strategically important leasing business.

Czybik has hitherto been Director Leasing at Tishman Speyer, where, among
other achievements, he took the leading role in the successful leasing and
marketing of the OpernTurm property, currently under construction in
Frankfurt. As of April 1, he will join Christian Fritzsche in a senior
position on the IFM Group's leasing team. He will be in charge of
commercial leasing and the development of marketing strategies, and will
provide the interface with project development. His co-worker Armin Roers,
29, will join him in the transfer to IFM.

The IFM Group has achieved important leasing milestones in the past few
weeks. In February, Nordic Capital became the first tenant to move into the
recently completed Romeo & Julia office building in Frankfurt's West End.
Lincoln International has been signed as a further tenant.
