hereby announces that it has received information that Stodir hf., Id. no.
601273-0129, Hatun 2b, 105 Reykjavik, Iceland's holding of Royal Unibrew A/S
shares totals 1,206,939 shares of DKK 10 nominal value equivalent to 20,46 % of
the share capital. 

According to Royal Unibrew A/S' articles of association no shareholder may
exercise voting rights for an amount exceeding 10 % of the company's existing
share capital.
