Carl-Magnus Månsson appointed as new President and CEO of Acando AB

The Acando Board of Directors has appointed Carl-Magnus Månsson as President and
CEO in Acando AB.


Carl-Magnus is currently Vice President and CIO (Chief Information Officer) for
the Ericsson Group. He is 42 years old and has had his professional career in
different management positions within Ericsson, in Sweden as well as
internationally. He has during the last four years as CIO lead major change
projects relating to processes and IT-support including the re-structure of the
Ericsson's IT outsourcing.

Carl-Magnus Månsson will commence as new President and CEO at the latest in
August 2009. Bengt Lejdström, Acando's CFO, will continue as acting CEO until
then.
