(the "Company" or "Star Bulk") (NASDAQ: SBLK), announced today that it will release its results for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2008 and full year 2008, after the market closes in New York on Monday, March 16th, 2009. Star Bulk's management team will host a conference call to discuss the Company's financial results on Tuesday, March 17th, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
