Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On March 10, 2009, Taube Hodson Stonex Partners LLP, London, Great Britain
has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 31 March
2008 its voting interest in TAG Immobilien AG, Hamburg, Germany, ISIN:
DE0008303504, WKN: 830350, exceeded the threshold(s) of 3%, 5%, 10% and 15%
and amounts to 16.77% (5.460.473 voting rights).

16.77% of the voting rights (5,460,473 voting rights) are attributable to
the company in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the
WpHG.

Voting rights attributed to the company inter alia by St. James's Place
Greater European Progressive Unit Trust which holds directly 6.63% of
voting rights (2,160,445 voting rights).
