Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On March 10, 2009, THSP Limited, London, Great Britain has informed us
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 28 February 2007 its voting
interest in TAG Immobilien AG, Hamburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0008303504, WKN:
830350, exceeded the threshold(s) of 15% and amounts 16.365% (5,329,709
voting rights) on this day.

16.365% of the voting rights (5,329,709 voting rights) are attributable to
the company in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent.1 no. 6 in connection
with sent.2 of the WpHG.

Voting rights attributed to the company inter alia by St. James's Place
European Progressive Unit Trust which hold(s) directly 6.63% of voting
rights (2,160,445 voting rights).
