Correction: additional information added

On March, 17th, 2009 chairman of board of joint-stock company «Riga electro
machine-building factory» Grigory Uspensky has given interview to the newspaper
“Telegraph” in which he gave the analysis of a crisis situation at a factory
and in Latvia, and also has briefly described process of re-structuring of a
factory. During re-structuring 20 % of workers or nearly 300 persons was
reduced. Investment projects are turned off. These processes will be continued.
 Reduction of salaries will reach 20 %. It is searched of suppliers in those
countries where there was a devaluation of national currency are conducted.  It
is Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Poland, Sweden.
