Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On March 19, 2009, Rinvest AG, Pfäffikon, Switzerland, informed us in
accordance with
§ 25 para 1 German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') that due to the addition
of voting rights, which Rinvest could acquire unilaterally via a directly
held financial instrument and voting rights pursuant to §§ 21, 22 WpHG, its
voting rights on March 19, 2009 would exceed the threshold of 10% and would
totally amount to 10.01% (2,662,500 voting rights).
The voting rights attributed via the financial instrument amount to 2.18%
(580,000 voting rights). The voting rights pursuant to §§ 21, 22 WpHG
amount to 7.83% (2,082,500 voting rights).
The financial instrument can be exercised until April 30, 2009 at any time.
On March 19, 2009, Mr. Till Reuter, Switzerland, informed us in accordance
with § 25 para 1 of the German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') that due to
the addition of voting rights, which Mr. Till Reuter could acquire
unilaterally via an indirectly held financial instrument and voting rights
pursuant to §§ 21, 22 WpHG, his voting rights on March 19, 2009 would
exceed the threshold of 10% and would totally amount to 10.01% (2,662,500
voting rights).
The voting rights attributed via the financial instrument amount to 2.18%
(580,000 voting rights). The voting rights pursuant to §§ 21, 22 amount to
7.83% (2,082,500 voting rights).
The financial instrument can be exercised until April 30, 2009 at any time.
The financial instrument indirectly held by Mr. Till Reuter is directly
held by the following company controlled by Mr. Till Reuter: Rinvest AG,
Pfäffikon, Switzerland.
