The following adjustment is based on the decision of the Financial Supervisory Authority in Iceland (FME) to take control of the operations of Sparisjodur Reykjavikur og nagrennis hf. (SPRON) on March 21, 2009, and the subsequent request by the receivership committee appointed to SPRON to have the shares removed from trading. Taking this into consideration, NASDAQ OMX Nordic has according to rule 5.1 in the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the NOREX All-Share, Sector, Benchmark and Tradable indices” and rule 4.1 in the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the OMXI15 Tradable index”, decided to adjust today's closing price of SPRON to zero (0) in the index calculation. SPRON (SPRON, IS0000010932) will be removed at price zero from the Icelandic indices, following the removal of the company from trading, after closing on March 23, 2009.
