THE ANNOUNCEMENT ON CONVOCATION OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

The Management Board of JSC “KURZEMES ATSLEGA 1” (Reg. No 40003044007) decided
to hold the annual general meeting of its shareholders on 28 April, 2009. 

The meeting will take place at 11 a.m. in the company's premises (club
premises), 27 Kalvenes Street, Aizpute. 

The registration of shareholders will start at 10.30 a.m. on the meeting day.

Till April 15, 2009 (the end of working day) the shareholders should block the
company's shares in their security accounts. 

The agenda:

1.Report of the Council, the Management Board and Certified auditor on the
results of 2008, and the approval of  annual report of the year  2008. 

    2. On the distribution of profit of the year 2008.

3. On the election of Certified auditor for the audit of Annual report for the
year 2009. 

4. On the approval of the amount payable to the Certified auditor.

5.On the amendments to the Articles of Association.

6. On the election of the members of Audit Committee.

7. On the approval of the amount payable to the Audit Committee.

For registration a passport or other ID document with a photo is required, to
specify shareholder`s name and ID code. 


If a shareholder is represented by his authorized person at the meeting, a
certified power of attorney and ID document of the authorized person is
required. 

From April 9, 2009 one can get acquainted with the draft decisions and other
information referring to the annual general meeting of JSC “KURZEMES ATSLEGA
1”, in Aizpute, 27 Kalvenes Street, asking secretary Mrs. I.Rudzaja. 

The Articles of Association of the joint stock company are amended as follows:
