following final terms for the "Prospectus for the offering of ROs in Nykredit
Realkredit A/S, Capital Centre G" is added: 

"Final terms for the prospectus for the offering of ROs in Nykredit Realkredit
A/S, Capital Centre G, series 12G (fixed-rate non-callable bonds, amortisation
independent of payments on underlying loans)." 

The ISINs of the final terms for series 12G appear from Appendix 1.
