City Service group annual information and consolidated audited results for the year 2008

City Service group, the largest facilities management company group in the
Baltic States, announces its auditor evaluated Consolidated Annual Information
and audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year 2008, prepared
according to International Financial Reporting Standards. 

The total consolidated City Service group's revenue for 2008 was LTL 263.9
million (EUR 76.4 million), profit amounted to LTL 8.68 million (EUR 2.5
million). 

Audited results vary from interim results due to change of heat meters sales in
St. Petersburg revenue recognition principles. This revenue shall be recognised
for the beginning of 2009. 

The Board of the Company proposes to the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting to pay
dividends in the amount of LTL 2.1 million (EUR 608 thousand), LTL 0.11 (EUR
0.03) per one share.
