DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - May 8, 2009) - Multi-disciplinary treatment and innovative recovery strategies for eating disorders will be the focus of the first-ever Rocky Mountain Eating Disorder Conference, to be held August 14-15, 2009 at Exempla St. Joseph Hospital in Denver.
