Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On 5th of May 2009 each of the following companies and persons informed us
according to article 21 section 1, article 22 section 1 No. 1 and section 3
WpHG, that the voting interest of those companies and persons in telegate
AG, Munich-Martinsried, Germany, ISIN: DE0005118806, SCN: 511880, have
fallen below the threshold of 75% as well as the further thresholds of 50%,
30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% on 29th of April 2009. No voting rights
in telegate AG have since then been attributed to the following companies
and persons.
