Capital Limited, London SW1A 1ER, UK and Eton Park International LLP,
London SW1A 1ER, UK, notified us pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act), that their proportion of voting rights in
Premiere AG, Medienallee 4, 85774 Unterföhring, Germany, went below the
threshold of 3% on 20 May 2009 and amounted on that day to 2.54% of the
voting rights (12,453,136 voting rights).

These voting rights are attributed to Eric M. Mindich, Eton Park Capital
Management, L.L.C. and Eton Park Capital Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para.
1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with para. 1 sentence 2 WpHG and to Eton
Park International LLP pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
The voting rights are attributed to Eton Park Capital Management, L.P.
pursuant to  sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with para. 1
sentence 2 WpHG as well as pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6
WpHG.
