Joint-stock company «Saldus mežrūpniecība», registration
Nr.40003020121, reports that on June, 29, 2009 the annual general meeting of
shareholders' took place.
Amount of actions with voting right:    387 136
7 shareholders participated in collection, which present  339 731 from the
prepaid actions with voting right, that is 88%  capital with voting right. 
On all questions order-papers decision are accepted most voices.
