Peab commissioned to do the ground work for the wind power plant in Åsele 

Peab has been commissioned to do the land and concrete work for Vindkraftpark
Stor-Rotliden in Fredrika, Åsele. Peab has received the order from Vattenfall
and the value of the contract is over SEK 100 million. 

The contract comprises 40 wind generator foundations, crane parking spaces,
roads and cable work. The work will commence at once and is expected to be
completed in October 2010. When the wind power plant is up and running it will
supply around 50,000 homes with renewable household electricity.
