Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On June 29, 2009 , Mr Hans Rudolf Wöhrl, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Ludwig Beck am Rathauseck-Textilhaus Feldmeier AG, München,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005199905, WKN: 519990, have exceeded the 50% limit
of the Voting Rights on June 26, 2009  and now amount to 65.85% (this
corresponds to 2433174 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 65.85%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2433174 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Wöhrl  from INTRO-Verwaltungs GmbH.
