The UCITS fund SEBinvest - merger
On general meetings in the UCITS fund SEBinvest the merger between the UCITS
fund SEBinvest, sub-fund 8 - Korte Obligationer and the UCITS fund SEB
Institutionel, sub-fund 6 Korte Danske Obligationer was approved. The last
mentioned sub-fund is the continuing sub-fund.
The merger will be implemented on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen from and including 3
July 2009.
Thus, the last day of trading shares in the discontinuing sub-fund is 2 July
2009.
