Changes in management board and council in Nordecon International Group key subsidiaries (as defined by exchange regulations): Nordecon Infra AS Andri Hõbemägi was appointed as a new member of the council of Nordecon Infra AS. Mr Hõbemägi will also continue as the member of the council of Nordecon International AS. Eston Ehitus AS Eero Rändla has been recalled from management board. Priit Tiru has been appointed as a new member of the management board. Mr Tiru will also continue as the member of the management board of Nordecon International AS. By increasing the number of council members, the Group intends to strengthen the strategic management competence in subsidiary. The changes in management boards comes from necessity to make day-to-day management of subsidiaries more efficient. Nordecon International is a group of construction companies whose core business is general contracting and construction management in the construction of buildings and infrastructures in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine.
