Release of a Voting Rights announcement

us according to article 21 (1) WpHG that its voting rights in Commerzbank
AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, ISIN: DE0008032004, WKN: 803200, fell due
to the capital increase below the 5% limit of the voting rights on 05 June
2009 and as of this date amount to 4.75% (56,135,858 voting shares).

Germany, informed us according to article 21 (1) WpHG that its voting
rights in Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, ISIN: DE0008032004,
WKN: 803200, fell due to the capital increase below the 5% limit of the
voting rights on 05 June 2009 and as of this date amount to 4.76%
(56,255,858 voting shares).
Voting rights in Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, amounting to
4.76 % (56,255,858 voting shares) are to be attributed to Generali
Beteiligungs- und Verwaltungs-AG, Munich, Germany according to article 22
(1) 1 No. 1 WpHG.

rights on 05 June 2009 and as of this date amount to 4.84 % (57,159,858
voting shares).
