Romeo & Julia becomes top address for renowned law firms

  - Shortly after its completion, half of the space in Frankfurt's Romeo &
Julia office towers has already been leased out

Frankfurt am Main, July 21, 2009: IFM Immobilien AG has enjoyed further
leasing success with the Frankfurt office towers 'Romeo & Julia'. The
newest tenants are the law firm Kapellmann und Partner, focused on building
law in Germany, as well as Kliemt & Vollstädt, a law firm specialized in
employment law. Both of these law firms are the leader of the pack in their
respective specialized areas. With these leases, 7,100 square meters have
already been leased out since its completion at the beginning of 2009 in
this exclusive office property in Frankfurt's West End. This corresponds to
about 50% of the total area. IFM thus proves its successful marketing
abilities despite a challenging market environment.

The Kapellmann und Partner law firm has leased office space of about 1,500
square meters in the 'Romeo & Julia' office towers and will move into these
new premises on November 1, 2009. Colliers PropertyPartners acted as the
leasing agent. Additionally, the Frankfurt location of Kliemt & Vollstädt
will take up their work in the office towers at the beginning of 2010.
Another tenant, among others, is the law firm WilmerHale which had already
signed a leasing contract in March.

'Romeo & Julia' is the new highlight in Frankfurt's West End. These twin
towers were comprehensively revitalized by IFM Immobilien AG and now offer
more than 13,500 square meters worth of office space in addition to two
exclusive penthouse apartments.

Georg Glatzel, CEO at IFM Immobilien AG: 'The increasing leasing rate of
'Romeo & Julia' shows that we have managed to create a premium property in
a prime location which wins over our potential tenants. In addition, it
demonstrates IFM's expertise in developing innovative marketing and leasing
strategies. We believe this fact to be a distinct competitive advantage in
the current difficult economic situation'.
