Maastricht, August 20, 2009 - Navigator Equity Solutions SE hereby
announces its preliminary, unaudited results for the first half of the
fiscal year 2009.

In the first six months of the fiscal year 2009, the group generated
operating sales of 10.1m euros (2008: 9.8m euros).

Taking into account revenues from investment activities amounting to 0.5m
euros (2008: -1.7m euros), total revenues for the first half of the fiscal
year amounted to 10.6m euros (2008: 8.0m euros).

EBIT (operating income) for the reporting period amounts to 0.2m euros
(2008: -1.5m euros). The income for the period amounts to 0.1m euros (2008:
-1.5m euros).

For the fiscal year 2009 the company confirms its forecast that all
consolidated operating entities will contribute positively to the overall
result. Against the background of the still remaining uncertainties about
the future economic development, a more detailed forecast is not possible
at this point of time.

Moreover, the company announces that the reduction of the nominal value of
its shares from 0.05 euros to 0.01 euros as resolved by the recent Annual
General Meeting is now complete.
