VST AB will compensate the increase of VAT in Lithuania for the household-consumers

VST AB will not increase the price of the electricity to the
household-consumers despite the raise in the value-added tax (VAT) rate from 19
to 21 percent in Lithuania from September 2009. By compensating for the
value-added tax (VAT) rate difference, VST AB will decrease the expenses of the
company and increase efficiency of its activity. 

A notice regarding particular information shall be announced according to the
requirements for publication of such information.
