Aker Seafoods' offer to repurchase bond loan - fulfillment of conditions

Reference is made to the conditional offer (the “Offer”) from Aker Seafoods to
repurchase a bond loan listed in Iceland, ISIN No: IS 0000010874, as set out in
the offer document for the Offer dated 2 July 2009 (the “Offer Document”). 

The conditions for completion of the Offer have been met and settlement will
occur as set out in the Offer Document.
