The Executive Board of Bilfinger Berger AG resolved today to pursue the
transformation into a European Company (SE). A resolution to this effect
will, subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board, be presented to the
2010 Annual General Meeting. The planned transformation reflects the
substantial growth in the importance of Bilfinger Berger's Europe-wide
activities as a Multi Service Group.
