Klövern is selling the property Kompaniet 29 in Nyköping to Home
Properties for SEK 24 million. This sale entails a positive change in
value of SEK 4 million, which will be recognised in the fourth
quarter of 2009.
The sold property totalling 2,100 sq.m. now contains offices and a
hotel, among other tenants. The purchaser wishes to convert part of
the office space into hotel rooms.
"It feels positive to be able to contribute to the development of the
tourist industry in Nyköping through this sale", says Klövern's CEO
Gustaf Hermelin.
Transfer of possession of the property will take place in early
January 2010.
