This expanded distribution franchise builds upon the two Companies' existing successful relationship in North America. Maxim's global agreement with Digi-Key takes effect immediately.
Maxim has engaged Digi-Key as a catalog distributor in North America for 15 years. During this time Digi-Key continually upgraded their services to customers, expanded their market leadership, and developed significant international sales penetration.
