Korrektur der Veröffentlichung vom 22. Oktober 2009

Am 19. Oktober 2009 hat die Capital Guardian Trust Company, Los Angeles,
USA gem. § 21 Absatz 1 WpHG mitgeteilt, dass ihre Stimmrechtsanteile an der
telegate AG in Martinsried bei München, Deutschland (ISIN: DE0005118806,
WKN 511880) am 14. Oktober 2009 unter die Schwelle von 3% gefallen sind und
seit diesem Zeitpunkt Stimmrechtsanteile in Höhe von 2,12% (450.915
Stammaktien) gehalten werden.
2,12% der Stimmrechtsanteile (entspricht Stimmrechten aus
450.915.Stammaktien) an der telegate AG sind der Capital Guardian Trust
Company gem. § 22 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nr. 6 WpHG zurechenbar.
