Acando acquires SAP consulting company March IT A/S

Acando Denmark A/S has signed an agreement for the purchase of all shares in the
Danish SAP consulting company March IT A/S. Through the acquisition Acando
strengthens its position on the important SAP market in Denmark. March IT has a
staff of 29 senior consultants and a leading position in mobile solutions and
logistics. 


“This acquisition reconfirms Acando's commitment to the important Danish

March IT has offices in Copenhagen and Århus and is a market leader in SAP
mobile and SAP logistics with many distinguished clients in the private and the
public sector. In 2008 they had a turnover of 53 MDKK.
