mbH, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, has informed us according to Article
21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on CENIT AG
Systemhaus, Stuttgart, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005407100, WKN: 540710, have
fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on October 27, 2009  and on
that day amounted to 4,91% (this corresponds to 410458 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1,22% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 102109 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  .
