according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005545503, WKN:
554550, have fallen below the 5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on
December 17, 2009  and on that day amounted to 0,7% (this corresponds to
375000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0,7% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 375000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  .
