Major shareholder announcement - Henriksen og Henriksen I/S.
Upon registration today at the Danish Commerce and Company Agency (Erhvervs- og
Selskabsstyrelsen) of the share capital increase and the merger of share
classes, H+H International A/S has received notification that Henriksen og
Henriksen I/S now holds less than 5% of the total share capital and of the
total voting rights in H+H International A/S.
