LONDON, Jan. 25, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flex Fuels Energy, Inc. ("Flex" or the "Company") (OTCBB:FXFL) announces that Mr. David Miller, the Company's President, has bought stock in the Company.

Mr. Miller purchased 150,000 shares at $0.0505 per share in the open market on January 21, 2010. This brings Mr. Miller's holding to a total of 203,000 shares, representing approximately 0.46% of the Company's common stock.
