The following information is based on a press release from Skanska AB (Skanska) dated February 5, 2010 and may be subject to change. The board of Skanska will propose that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) approves a special dividend of SEK 1. The scheduled date for the AGM is April 13, 2010. Provided that the AGM approves the proposal, NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options, forwards and futures in Skanska.
