CORRECTION: Vilniaus baldai AB, sales and result for activity during period of January - December 2009

Vilniaus Baldai AB revises EBITDA for 2008. EBITDA is recalculated before
considering the share of loss from Giriu Bizonas (which was accounted using
equity method) and before profit from sale of these shares. Adjusted EBITDA for
2008 October - December is 1 077 thousand LTL (312 thousand EUR) and for 2008
January - December is 8 082 thousand LTL (2 341 thousand EUR). 

Other announced data isn't changed.

Turnover of Vilniaus Baldai AB during period 2009 October - December was 43 589
thousand LTL (12 624 thousand EUR), same period year 2008 - 35 714 thousand LTL
(10 343 thousand EUR). 

Net profit of Vilniaus Baldai AB during period 2009 October - December was 6
519 thousand LTL (1 888 thousand EUR), same period year 2008 - 11 998 thousand
LTL (3 475 thousand EUR). During period 2008 October - December in the net
profit was recognized loss of 2 752 thousand LTL (797 thousand EUR) using
equity method for the shares Giriu Bizonas UAB and 16 375 thousand LTL (4 743
thousand EUR) profit from financial - investment activities (December) from
sale of shares. EBITDA for 2009 October - December was 8 965 thousand LTL (2
596 thousand EUR). Year ago it was 1 077 thousand LTL (312 thousand EUR). 

Turnover of Vilniaus Baldai AB during period 2009 January - December was 148
966 thousand LTL (43 144 thousand EUR), same period year 2008 - 137 523
thousand LTL (39 829 thousand EUR). 

Net profit of Vilniaus Baldai AB during period 2009 January - December was 15
449 thousand LTL (4 474 thousand EUR), same period year 2008 - 7 596 thousand
LTL (2 200 thousand EUR). During period 2008 January - December in the net
profit was recognized loss of 6 070 thousand LTL (1 758 thousand EUR) using
equity method for the shares Giriu Bizonas UAB and 16 375 thousand LTL (4 743
thousand EUR) profit from financial - investment activities (December) from
sale of shares. EBITDA for 2009 January - December was 26 993 thousand LTL (7
818 thousand EUR). Year ago it was 8 082 thousand LTL (2 341 thousand EUR).
